Wayamba Journal of English Language Teaching is an open-access peer-reviewed academic journal proposed to be published by the Department of English Language Teaching (DELT), Faculty of Business Studies and Finance, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, for the advancement of the ever-evolving field of English Language Teaching (ELT).

This will be a uniquely comprehensive journal dedicated to ELT development from a state university in Sri Lanka. WayaJELT provides a worthwhile platform for academics who are spread out within the country as well as globally to publish their novel research work in the field of ELT.
